Epstein Survivor Breaks Silence as FBI Clears Prince Andrew

Duke of York avoids legal charges, but victims say justice remains out of reach

Prince Andrew may have been cleared by the FBI in its lengthy probe into Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes, but his troubles are far from over. Despite no charges being filed, survivors of Epstein’s abuse are expressing anger and heartbreak, claiming justice has once again eluded them.

The Duke of York—stripped of his royal titles and military roles in 2019 by Queen Elizabeth II—was linked to Epstein through longstanding allegations and public scrutiny. The FBI had been investigating claims that the disgraced financier maintained a secret list of powerful associates who were aware of, or involved in, his criminal activities. Andrew’s name reportedly featured among those in question.

However, investigators have concluded the case, stating that the allegations lacked merit and were “perpetuating unfounded theories.” The decision has left many victims feeling betrayed.

Speaking to The Mirror, a 36-year-old woman who received compensation from Epstein’s estate and knew Virginia Giuffre—Andrew’s alleged victim—voiced her deep disappointment.

“For years we were told the truth would come out, that the powerful men who enabled Epstein would be held accountable,” she said. “Now they’re closing the case and telling us there’s nothing more to see.”

“It’s hard not to feel like we’ve been silenced all over again,” she added. “It is both disgraceful and degrading to all victims that not one man has been held accountable for the decades of abuse inflicted by Epstein and his buddies.”

She also expressed heartbreak for Giuffre, known to friends as “Ginny,” who inspired many others to come forward. “It seems that everything she worked tirelessly for has been in vain. Andrew is rebuilding his life, while Ginny’s children have lost their mom and had their lives shattered.”

Although the FBI’s decision spares Andrew from legal consequences, his reputation remains deeply tarnished. Public sentiment continues to cast a long shadow over the Duke, who has been largely excluded from royal life and remains a divisive figure.

While cleared by authorities, reclaiming public trust—and repairing his image—may be a battle he never fully wins.
