William’s environmental efforts
Princess Eugenie is now standing alongside Prince William in key royal
initiatives, marking a shift in priorities amid a cooling relationship with
cousin Harry.
The Prince of Wales is preparing for his future role with a focus on
legacy-defining projects, including the Earthshot Prize. He recently delivered
a powerful speech in Monaco advocating for ocean conservation.
Eugenie, who has long championed marine life preservation, echoed William’s
message, sharing on social media: “The ocean is the greatest wonder of the
world. Celebrating @unworldoceansday today and every day.”
Her increased activism follows a personal transformation after becoming a
mother. “Priorities change when you have children; you want to do everything
you can for them—and for your grandchildren,” she previously told Hello!
Once a steadfast supporter of Harry after his royal exit in 2020, Eugenie’s
ties with him have reportedly weakened. Now, her focus is firmly on matters
close to home and the monarchy.
Royal insiders suggest both Eugenie and her sister could soon take on a more
