Palace Provides Update on Prince Harry’s US Visa Case as it Reaches Critical Stage

King Charles focuses on Italy State Visit while Duke of Sussex faces legal
scrutiny

Buckingham Palace issued a fresh update on King Charles’ upcoming State Visit
just hours before Prince Harry’s US visa case reaches a pivotal stage.

The monarch, who has not seen his estranged son since a brief meeting
following his cancer diagnosis, remains focused on his diplomatic engagements.
A new statement confirmed that Charles and Queen Camilla will visit the Holy
See and the Republic of Italy from 7th to 10th April 2025, with stops in Rome
and Ravenna. The announcement also included details of the royal couple’s
itinerary.

Meanwhile, Harry faces mounting legal challenges in the US as a federal judge
has ordered the Department of Homeland Security to release a redacted version
of his visa records. The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, is
pushing for disclosure to determine whether he received “special treatment”
when applying for residency.

If the documents reveal inconsistencies—particularly regarding past drug
use—Harry could face serious consequences, including potential deportation. As
speculation grows, it remains uncertain whether King Charles will step in on
his son’s behalf.
