Sussex team.
Currently overseeing several ventures — including her Netflix series With
Love, Meghan, her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder with Lemonada Media,
and her lifestyle brand As Ever — the Duchess of Sussex continues to expand
her influence in media and business. Notably, As Ever sold out within hours of
launching on April 2nd, and its products remain unavailable online.
While Meghan has stayed publicly active promoting her podcast, recent activity
suggests that As Ever is poised for its next big step. On Monday evening, the
brand’s official social media posted a photo of Meghan in her Montecito garden
with a cryptic message:
“We’ve been quietly crafting something special… Stay close — we’re so looking
forward to sharing it with you!”
This comes shortly after Meghan appointed Sarah Fosmo, 45 — a former assistant
to Bill Gates — as her first chief of staff. The move marks a new chapter for
the Sussex operations, with Fosmo expected to help guide their growing
portfolio.
“Sarah… brings a wealth of experience perfectly suited to guide the Sussexes’
ambitious ventures,” a source told The Telegraph. “Her expertise and steady
leadership are critical to navigating this dynamic period of growth.”
