Princess of Wales shares candid update amid health concerns following
Royal Ascot absence
Princess Catherine has described her cancer experience as a “rollercoaster”
during her latest public appearance, offering a rare personal insight into her
ongoing recovery.
On July 2, the Princess of Wales visited the Wellbeing Garden at Colchester
Hospital in Essex, where she spoke openly with patients and staff about her
health and recent challenges. Reflecting on her treatment, Catherine admitted
it’s not always easy to “put on a brave face,” highlighting the emotional and
physical toll of her journey.
The outing comes after Catherine’s unexpected absence from Royal Ascot, which
sparked fresh speculation about her condition. Her presence at the hospital
reassured supporters and silenced ongoing rumours.
