Meghan Markle speaks out after As Ever sells out once more

Duchess of Sussex responds to frustrated fans over repeat stock shortages

Meghan Markle has responded after fans were once again left disappointed
during the latest As Ever product launch.

On 20 June, the Duchess of Sussex released her summer collection, which
included a new apricot spread and orange blossom honey. However, both items
sold out within 10 minutes, leaving shoppers empty-handed for a second time.
The highly anticipated Napa Valley rosé was also unavailable, with customers
only able to register for updates ahead of its 1 July release.

In a video posted to Instagram Stories shortly after the drop, Meghan, 43,
addressed the issue directly. “We spent so much time making sure we had SO
much more inventory,” she said. “It’s why we took the time — and you guys are
doing it again! We’re nearly sold out on everything, and I can’t believe it.
Even flower sprinkles…”

This marks the second time fans have been caught off guard. In April, As
Ever’s debut collection also sold out in under an hour. Meghan addressed the
overwhelming response then with a newsletter, writing: “Our shelves may be
empty, but my heart is full!”

Over the past two months, she has said she wanted to “step back” to reassess
her next move, adding that she hoped not to “annoy” customers with
unpredictable release cycles.

Despite the stock issues, interest in As Ever continues to grow — setting the
stage for a much-anticipated rosé launch next month.
