Daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson shares special honour
following Prince William’s plans
Princess Eugenie marked a proud moment this week as she attended a major
environmental event, just as reports emerged about Prince William’s future
plans for her and her sister.
On June 13, Eugenie shared photos and videos from her appearance at the UN
Ocean Conference, where she took part in a Global Fund for Coral Reefs event.
The Princess of York expressed her appreciation in an Instagram post, writing,
“Delighted to have been at the UN Ocean Conference. An honour to attend the
Global Fund for Coral Reefs event and stand alongside those working tirelessly
to protect our oceans and restore vital marine ecosystems.”
In one clip, the mother-of-two was seen observing advanced marine technology,
writing, “So incredible to be able to see everything going on to protect our
ocean.”
The honour comes shortly after Radar Online reported that Prince William
intends to elevate their daughters into formal royal roles once he becomes
king. The report claims that while Harry, Meghan, and Prince Andrew will
remain outside official duties, William is expected to give Princess Eugenie
and her sister the status of working royals.
Eugenie’s growing presence on the international stage has further highlighted
her ongoing advocacy in environmental conservation and royal engagement.
