debate by including a trigger warning specifically mentioning Camilla Parker
Bowles. The production, featuring Linus Karp as Diana, offers a unique blend
of drag performance, multimedia presentations, puppetry, and audience
interaction, described by the theatre as a celebration of “queer joy.”
Promoted with the tagline, “Join Diana in heaven as she shares the untold and
untrue tale of her extraordinary life”, the show’s reference to Camilla has
raised eyebrows. An insider suggested to MailOnline that the warning might be
“tongue in cheek”, but it has nonetheless reignited discussions surrounding
Camilla’s complex history with the late Princess Diana.
This development comes shortly after Buckingham Palace released a statement
highlighting a royal engagement involving King Charles, Queen Camilla, and
Princess Anne. Earlier, the Palace also announced the reopening of the Royal
Collection Trust at St James’s Palace.
